How can I incubate cockatiel eggs? They lay the eggs and do not sit on them. we would like to save them?

They lay eggs about every other day and only sit on them for a short time. When I awake in the morning both of them are out of the nesting box and the eggs are cold. What can we do. We would like to save them if we could. Any suggestions would be helpful.
