First time buying groceries : Any tips or easy recipe ideas?

Almost everyone here likes chicken, so any type of recipes for boneless chicken would be great, as well as for canned chicken, tuna, and pasta. Basically, the easier and less time the better.

We hardly waste food and we put leftovers in tupperware.
Plus you have to cut and then reseal… just seems like more work then benefits.
